So the other day I was just cruising online and went to the Boys website and saw that they were going to be in Columbus the same time I was to visit my grandma in the hospital. So I thought cool and just for the heck of it decided to check out the details of where they were gonna be. Turns out to be a sold out Jingle Ball concert with Colbie Caillat and One Republic. Oh well wasnt meant to be. But I see something at the bottom of the page saying enter here to win tix to see the show and I thought, Why the heck not. So I enter putting all my info in saying Im from California thinking they were gonna see that and just think Im crazy for entering from Cali. After that I basically forgot about it until today when I checked my phone and saw I had a missed call and voicemail from an unknown #. Turns out to be the frickin DJ at this radio station in Columbus, OH telling me I won 2 tickets to the show along with a $250 Kroger gift card and a Schick (apparently Schick is the sponser of the show) prize pack! How crazy is that! I got so excited and still can't help but smile when I think that I get to see my boys in 2 days. So now Im trying to convince my cousin to go to the show with me. Its hard to find a good backstreet fan when you need one. LOL

Ok when the hell were the boys on Jimmy Kimmel? Was it last night or tonight? The listing on the website said Nov 6 but the show starts at 12:05 so is that 12:05 late monday night/early Tuesday morning or 12:05 late Tuesday night/ early Wednesday morning? I checked Jimmys page and yesterday it didnt list the boys so I thought it was tonight but now Im checking the site again and it still doesnt list them! What a dumb time to start a tv show. And who doesnt put a list of their guests for the week? I officially despise Jimmy Kimmel. |

I know its been forever since Ive been in this thing but this is where all my backstreet buddies are so I had to let ya'll know about something that made my day.
You guys remember the show Global Guts on Nickelodeon where theres 3 players and they have all the physical obstactles they have to face and at the end they all have to climb the aggro crag? Well I was watching that on Nickelodeon GaS on satellite where they play all the old shows like Guts and Figure it out and the Forbidden temple, and came in right at the end where theyre on the aggro crag and there was Amanda, some kid named Aj and some other girl. COuldnt see their faces but the other girl won aj came in second and amanda in 3rd. So then they have the podium where they all stand in their appropriate places. the camera sweeps over all 3 players and who would believe that the guy in second place was anyone but our own, AJ MCLEAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG I started screaming and laughing I couldn't believe he was on a physical stunts show and he was soooooooo young! No tattoos or facial hair or anything. It was sooooo funny. I wish I could have watched the whole thing.
SO i Just wanted to let you all know that in case you have that channel you might want to tune in and see if you see him. Way too funny. |

Everything is all out there in the open with the guy I like now, after the most insane ever night. My brain is going 3 million places at once but I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off of me, despite the fact that I now feel as though that weight also took all my clothes with it leaving me completely out there and vulnerable. LOL
Alright enough babbling....2:14 am....time to sleep....if possible.... |

Tonight they were having a wedding reception in the restaurant above where I work and I went to the door (where Im able to hear the music better) just to come in on the end of IWITW and it was so great because everyone at the wedding was singing along and the people coming into my store were singing as well. It was really exciting. =)
Hehe, and thats my fun little backstreet moment.

So I bought 2 tickets today from the fanclub presale and was able to get myself from the 12th row to 8th row, but now have a possible total of 6 tickets. So if anyone on my friends list is going/ knows anyone who is going to the Marysville, CA concert on Aug 31, please ( email me )

Anyone who saw the today show this morning knows what I mean. That had to be the performance to top all other performances. It was like a friggin live version of Quit Playin Games....Amazing. Lots of happy dreams tonight. =) The best part is they stayed out there while their shirts were soaked and mascara (cough cough AJ! cough) was running...LOL. But I dont think that most performers would continue during that. Theyre so awesome.
And even better, I have 2 tickets to go see them in Sac on August 31!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 12th row center BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
